Mitchell Communications Corporation was the project technology consultant for physical security and  telecommunications design for the Gouverneur Healthcare Systems renovations and  new building projects. The scope of work includes a needs assessment, design  development, construction documents and construction administration. The overall  square footage for the renovations is 267,000 square feet, and 90,000 square feet new hospital building.
