Quality assurance begins the day MCC starts your project. Each project begins with a project kick-off meeting in which the project manager and the client meets to review the proposal scope of work statement, budgets, schedules, build rapport with client representatives, address concerns and potential out of scope items and develop a contact list.
MCC’s project manager is the primary contact on the project team who will be the primary interface to the client. The PM will oversee all project activities, consultants, vendors and contractors, and interface with management. Reviews are performed with the client at the end of each project phase. Management will confer with the project manager and client both during and after the engagement to ascertain that the client’s needs have been met.
